Filling Out Company Information

After selecting your plan:

  • Company Details Page: You'll be directed to a dedicated page where you'll be prompted to provide key details about your company.

  • Required Information:

    • Company Name: The official name of your business.
    • Address: Your company's primary physical address. Ensure it’s the correct mailing address, as this will be used for official communications.

Entering Payment Information

  • Payment Details: You'll be asked to provide your preferred payment method. This could be a credit card, debit card, or any other accepted mode of payment.
  • Security Assurance: Your payment information is secured with state-of-the-art encryption. We prioritize your security and ensure your data is never compromised.

Understanding Payment Triggers

Depending on the plan you've chosen, the way you're billed will differ:

  • OnDemand Plan:

    • No Immediate Charge: Users who opt for the onDemand plan will not be charged immediately upon entering their payment details.
    • Payment on Use: While your payment information will be saved securely, you'll only be charged when you initiate a verification—whether that's through our interface or an integrated platform. This gives you the flexibility to pay only for the verifications you use, without any upfront costs.
  • Monthly Subscription Plans:

    • Immediate Billing: For users who select one of our monthly subscription plans, your provided payment method will be charged immediately after entering your payment details.
    • Recurring Charges: Remember, it's a subscription. Your payment method will be automatically charged monthly, offering you uninterrupted service.

Confirmation and Receipt

  • Acknowledgment: After completing the payment details (and the immediate charge, if applicable), you'll receive a confirmation screen, thanking you for your subscription.
  • Receipt via Email: A detailed receipt will be sent to your registered email address. This receipt will contain information about the plan you've chosen, the billing amount (if any), and other pertinent details.
